Hosting a Site

Camps 'R' Us is always looking to expand. We choose our host sites very carefully, based on a number of strict criteria.

• Location must be within 2 miles of a major thoroughfare, railroad station, and/or highway
• Location must be in proximity to a County Park with a Pool Facility and a High-Capacity Bowling Alley
• Site must have each of the following
  • Gymnasium with Stage
  • Cafeteria with Kitchen and large refrigeration system
  • Outdoor Blacktop and/or Grass Playground
  • Office space with telephone access for Director and Infirmary
  • At least 4 Auxiliary rooms in proximity to Gymnasium and Cafeteria
• Site must be fenced or have natural barriers to entry
• Camps 'R' Us requires access to the site...
  • From the Last Monday in June through the 3rd Friday in August, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 6:00PM
  • 7-10 Additional days for purposes including Staff Interviews, Training and Orientation, Setup, and Inspections.
