Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts

hurricane-sandy-relief

As Long Islanders recover from the effects of Hurricane Sandy, we are hoping that you will join with us and other CRU families to continue helping families in need.

Camps ‘R’ Us has already donated food and clothing items, blankets and funds to the American Red Cross working on Long Island, and we need your help to do more! If you are interested in helping with the relief effort, please contact us.

Camps ‘R’ Us is collecting donations for the American Red Cross.
Our main office (41 Heisser Lane, Farmingdale) will be open for dropping-off donations, food, clothing, water and other charitable items beginning Thursday, November 8th, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

From our friends at CRU Northport… Former Voyager Joe Waldeck and his family are running a food drive in Northport for Island Harvest. They are asking friends and neighbors to drop off non-perishable foods, baby food/formula/diapers, and personal hygiene items at 18 Goldenrod Ave., Northport (off of Norwood Ave., behind Ocean Ave. School). The donations will benefit storm victims.

If you have begun a relief project in your neighborhood, please let us know how we can help. If you are in need of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you!
