The Camps ‘R’ Us Explorers® program is for Campers completing 5th through 8th grade!
This exciting new offering combines three off-campus trips each week with a mix of engaging on-campus activities, special events, and performances. Best of all, all trip fees are included in the camp tuition, so there are no extra costs for families.
From thrilling destinations like Six Flag and Splish Splash, to unforgettable experiences like a Long Island Ducks game, our Explorers are in for a summer they’ll never forget. Each trip is carefully planned to give our Explorers a chance to bond with friends, try new things, and build confidence—all while having an absolute blast.
Stay tuned all season long as we highlight their journeys, share photos and stories, and celebrate everything that makes the Explorer Program such a hit.

Beach Trip
Description
Get ready to soak up the sun and surf at one of Long Island’s beautiful beaches, the perfect spot for a summer field trip! Enjoy the warm sand between your toes, splash around in the refreshing ocean waves, and take part in exciting beach games and activities. Whether you’re building sandcastles, collecting seashells, or just relaxing by the water, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Splish Splash
Description
Get ready for an exciting day of fun at Splish Splash, Long Island’s premier water park! Campers will have the opportunity to experience a variety of attractions, from thrilling water slides like the Dragon’s Den and Bombs Away to the relaxing Lazy River and wave pool. There are plenty of splash zones and kid-friendly areas for younger campers, ensuring fun for all ages. Throughout the day, campers will explore the park, enjoy exciting water rides, and take breaks for lunch and snacks in designated picnic areas. It’s going to be a fantastic day filled with adventure, laughter, and nonstop splashes under the summer sun!
