Camps ‘R’ Us offers flexible enrollment options so you can match your children’s camp schedule with your family’s schedule. Most Campers attend the full summer, which is eight weeks, from the last Monday in June to the third Friday in August.

Schedule Your Summer
All Camper Programs allow you to select your choice of weeks, from one to eight weeks. If you enroll for less than the full summer, your weeks can be non-consecutive. In addition, you can choose the length of your week at camp, from two days per week up to the full week. For fewer days than the full week, you can even choose different days in each week you enroll.
C2 Program Campers have the choice of a full week or 3-day week.
2023 Camp Dates
The 2023 camp season is Monday, June 26th to Friday, August 18th. Camp is closed on Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in observance of Independence Day.

2023 Camp Tuition
Camp tuition is based on your Camper Program, and your choice of weeks, days, and hours. All Camper Programs feature a full day schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our Tiny Tots® Early Childhood Program gives you additional options for a mini or half day option as well. Learn more about our camp hours.

Part of our mission is to make camp as affordable as possible, for as many people as possible. That’s why we offer a great variety of discounts, and just about every family at camp can qualify for at least one. In addition, all of our discounts can be combined to provide you the greatest savings possible.
During specific times of the year, we offer registration discounts based simply upon when you enroll for camp. Registration discounts occur between August and December prior to the camp season.
Super Early Bird Discounts
We open registration for next year’s camp season every August, with the option to enroll for camp and pay in full by August 31st to save 25% off your camp tuition. This discount is only available to current camp families.
Early Bird Discounts
Our traditional early bird discounts continue in September, with a discount of 10% off when you enroll and pay your deposit, and 20% off when you pay in full by September 30th. This discount is only available to current camp families, and their friends and family.
Scary Good Deals
The months outside of the camp season have a tendency to move quickly, and before you know it, summer will be knocking on your door. During the month of October, before the kids play their Halloween tricks, treat them to a summer at camp, and treat yourself to savings of up to 10% off their camp tuition. when you enroll by October 31st.
Give the Gift of Camp
Camp is a wonderful gift for children of all ages, and the benefits of the camp experience will stay with them long after the allure of toys and games fades. From November 1 to December 31, you can give your child the gift of camp, which is an amazing holiday gift, and also save up to 5% off your camp tuition.
When you enroll 2 siblings, your whole family receives a 5% discount.
When you enroll 3 or more siblings, your whole family receives a 10% discount.
That’s right, we don’t just discount the additional siblings… we discount the whole family! Sibling discounts are automatically applied to your enrollment if you complete a second and/or third Camper Application.
Our camp community is designed to be inclusive and available to everyone, and especially working families. Over the years, we’ve developed great relationships with our Camp Parents, and the companies where they work, partnering with dozens of local, regional, national, and international organizations to provide additional savings.
Parents who are employees of organizations participating in our Workforce Discount Program receive an additional savings of $100 per camper when they enroll and upload proof of employment to their camp account. Proof of employment includes a letter on company letterhead, a current pay stub and/or an ID badge.

Suffolk AME Discount Program
Camp Parents who are members of the Suffolk AME will be eligible for savings of 5% per Camper when they enroll and upload proof of membership to their camp account. This savings will be applicable in addition to all other published discounts offered by Camps ‘R’ Us, including the traditional workforce discounts, sibling discounts, and seasonal registration discounts.
Adventureland Season Pass Holder Discount
Enrolled Campers, who also have a season pass to Adventureland for the 2023 season, are eligible for a $100 discount. You must present your Adventureland Season Pass card and a copy of your paid receipt for the 2023 season pass. May not be combined with Workforce Discounts.
Camper Referral Program
We appreciate families who share their love of Camps ‘R’ Us with others. When you refer a new Camper to us, you can receive a $100 family credit to be used toward your camp tuition. The official referral form is available in the Forms Dashboard of your camp account.
Referral Discount Terms and Conditions
Please follow the referral form’s instructions very carefully, as incorrect or incomplete submissions will be invalid. All criteria must be met for the $100 credit to be applied. New Campers are Campers who have never been enrolled at Camps ‘R’ Us.
Both the referred and referring family must be enrolled by April 1st of the current camp year to be eligible for the credit. Accounts for the referring family and the referred family must be paid in full by April 1st, or by August 31st (if enrolled in a payment plan), or the referring family will lose the credit. All credits will be applied to your account by the end of the current camp season. Referrals that are received after the stated deadline are not eligible for the credit.
Long Island Loyalty
If you’re a Long Island Loyalty member, you can receive a 10% rebate on the following:
- Tuition Deposit
- Extended Hours
- Bonus Trips
- Picture Day
After completing your enrollment, please stop by our office, call or email us with your Long Island Loyalty card information. Rebates are calculated and applied to your Long Island Loyalty card prior to the final billing period invoice date, in late August, near the end of the camp season. If you would like to use your rebate dollars toward your camp balance, please contact us.
How Discounts are Applied
All discounts may be combined except where noted. Sibling discounts, and all percentage-based discounts are calculated after all other applicable discounts and credits. Subsequent discounts are calculated based on previously discounted/reduced camp fees
Here at Camps ‘R’ Us, we want paying for camp to be easy and convenient. That’s why we offer many different types of payment options.
Payments are accepted online using your camp account, by phone, by mail, or in person at our main office (please call ahead to make an appointment). You can also choose how you would like to receive billing information, whether by mail, by email, or both.
A $300 deposit (non-refundable) is required to complete your camper’s enrollment.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept payments in the form of cash, check, e-check, money order and all major credit/debit cards.
There are three payment preferences available. A $300 deposit per child is due with your Camper Application, and is included in the tuition.
Pay in Full
Choose this option to pay the full tuition at the time you register for camp.
Camp Savings Plan
Choose this option to pay your $300 deposit per child at the time you register for camp, and defer your final balance payment until April 1st.
Choose this option to pay your $300 deposit per child at the time you register for camp. Your monthly installment amount is determined by taking the number of remaining months in the plan, and dividing your tuition balance in equal installments over that time.
Installments begin in the month you enroll, when you enroll before the 20th of the month. Otherwise, installments will begin the next month. Installment payments are charged to a credit/debit card on the final business day each month. The installment plan runs for 12 months, from September to August each year, and you can enroll with this payment preference at any time during the plan.
Camp fees (not including the $300 deposit) are refundable until April 1st of the current camp year. Camps ‘R’ Us reserves the right to charge an administrative fee up to $300 per camper in addition to the non-refundable deposit for costs incurred as a result of enrollment. After April 1st, no refunds will be made for any reason including, but not limited to, camp closings, absences, changes, transportation delays, withdrawals or termination.
Medical Refund Policy
If a camper is absent for documented medical reasons for more than 5 consecutive camp days, the camper’s enrollment may be adjusted as follows: for days missed after the first 5 consecutive missed days, the total number of weeks enrolled may be reduced to the nearest full week. A prorated credit may be offered based on the difference in price between the original enrollment and the adjusted enrollment; a physician’s note must be submitted. Positive COVID-19 cases and quarantine orders resulting from an exposure to a positive COVID-19 case are excluded from the 5-day medical deductible, and are not eligible for a credit or refund.
