Camps ‘R’ Us is offering camp families who were enrolled in the 2022 camp season the opportunity to register for the 2023 camp season between August 17 and August 31, 2022 to receive a 25% discount off the published 2023 camp fees.
Tuition for Summer 2023
Camp tuition is based on your Camper Program, and your choice of weeks, days, and hours. All Camper Programs feature a full day schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our Tiny Tots® Early Childhood Program gives you additional options for a mini or half day option as well.
Super Early Bird Discounts are approximately 25% off the full tuition. These discounts do not appear on the online Camper Application, and are applied by our Registrar after the application is submitted, along with any additional applicable discounts.
Eligibility for Super Early Bird Discounts
Families whose children were enrolled for camp in summer 2022 are eligible to register for the 2023 camp season between August 17 and August 31, 2022 in order to receive super early bird discounts. Accounts must be paid in full at the time of registration to be eligible for the discount. Tuition is refundable (less a $300 non-refundable deposit) until April 1, 2023. The super early bird discount is available only to the first one hundred (100) families enrolled for the 2023 camp season.
Application and Enrollment
The 2023 Camper Application is only available online during the super early bird enrollment period. All applications must be submitted using the online form. Paper applications are not accepted during the super early bird enrollment period.
Camper applications received during the super early bird enrollment period will be reviewed and processed after August 31, 2022. Additional forms (i.e. health forms, bonus trips, additional options, etc.) will not be immediately available in your CampInTouch/Campanion account). We will email you when additional forms for the 2023 camp season are available.
Notable Changes to our Terms and Conditions of Enrollment
Camps ‘R’ Us may update its terms and conditions of enrollment at any time, and based on guidance from the New York State Department of Health. All updated policies will be published and shared via email, on social media platforms, and at campsrus.org.
The last day to modify or cancel enrollment for the 2023 camp season is April 1, 2023.
Changes made to your enrollment after your initial Camper application for the 2023 camp season will be priced as follows: Additional weeks or days added to your original enrollment will be priced at the rate in effect at the time the additional weeks or days are added. Weeks or days removed from your original enrollment will be credited based on the rate that was in effect when your initial Camper application was received.
Mini Day and Half Day enrollment options are available only to Campers in the Tiny Tots Program. Eligibility for Tiny Tots® includes Campers who are at least 3 years of age by their first day of camp, who will not have completed Pre-K in 2023, and who are fully potty trained.
