Early Bird Discounts
When you enroll early at Camps ‘R’ Us, we reward you with early bird discounts. If you pay in full at the time of enrollment, you can save even more!
Early Enrollment Discount
Early Enrollment discounts have expired for the upcoming summer.
Returning families saved up to 7.5% (as much as $247.50 per camper) and new families saved up to 5% (as much as $165.00 per camper) just for enrolling early.
Early Payment Discount
Early Payment Discounts have expired for the upcoming summer.
Returning families saved up to an additional 8.1% (as much as $267.30 per camper) and new families saved up to an additional 5.2% (as much as $173.58 per camper) when they paid in full early.
Sibling Discounts
Families who enroll more than one child at camp receive additional savings. Siblings must be in the same immediate family (i.e. brothers or sisters).
2 Sibling Discount
Families who enroll two (2) siblings save 5% per sibling.
3+ Sibling Discount
Families who enroll three (3) or more siblings save 10% per sibling.
Long Island Workforce Discounts
Parents who are employees of organizations participating in our Long Island Workforce Discount program receive an additional savings of $75 per camper when they enroll. The following organizations participate in this program:
- GEICO
- Kimco Realty
- Nassau University Medical Center
- North Shore-LIJ Health System
- South Nassau Communities Hospital
- Winthrop University Hospital
If you are interested in having your organization participate in the Long Island Workforce Discount program, please have your Human Resources department contact us.
Discount Terms and Conditions
Proof of employment is required in the form of a recent (redacted) pay stub AND your employee ID or badge. You must submit these documents no later than 10 business days after you enroll your child. Accounts that are not paid in full by May 1, 2012 (unless enrolled in the auto-billing option) will lose the discount. At least 5 campers from the participating organization must be enrolled by May 1, 2012 for discounts to apply.
3 Day Option Discount
If you enroll your child in a 3 day program, the camp fees are discounted 10%.
Refer a Family Program
We appreciate families who share their love of Camps ‘R’ Us with others. When you refer a new camper to us, you can receive a $50 family credit to be used for any fees incurred during the current camp season.
A Camps ‘R’ Us Referral Form must be submitted by May 1, 2012.
Discount Terms and Conditions
Please follow the referral form’s instructions very carefully, as incorrect or incomplete submissions will be invalid. All criteria listed on the form must be met for the $50 credit to be applied.
New campers are campers who have never been enrolled at Camps ‘R’ Us.
All credits will be applied to your account by June 15, 2012. Accounts for the referring family and the new family must be paid in full by May 1, 2012 (unless enrolled in the auto billing option) or the referring family will lose the credit.
