Interview Guidelines for Camps 'R' Us Applicants
Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Camps ‘R’ Us! Before scheduling your interview, please review the following expectations:
Interview Requirements
- Keep your camera turned on throughout the entire interview
- Research our camp programs before your interview (visit our website to learn about our activities, values, and mission)
- Choose a quiet, distraction-free location with good lighting
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- All interviews are recorded. By scheduling, you consent to recording and AI-generated transcription for our review process
Additional Guidelines
- Plan to arrive 5 minutes early to test your technology
- Dress appropriately (camp-appropriate casual attire is acceptable)
- Have your resume and availability calendar accessible
- Prepare 2-3 questions to ask us about the position
- Be ready to share examples of your leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- If you’re under 18, please have a parent/guardian available at the start of the call to provide verbal consent
What to Expect
- Interviews typically last 20-30 minutes
- We’ll discuss your experience working with children, activities, and teamwork
- You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about camp life and responsibilities
