Camps ‘R’ Us Farmingdale
St. Kilian School

Farmingdale, NY 11735

Parking and Ride-Share Information

If you are driving yourself to orientation, please park on Cherry Street or one of the streets adjacent to the school. Please be mindful of parking signs and Village of Farmingdale parking policies.
If you are using ride-share or getting a ride, please be sure to have your ride drop you off 5-10 minutes early and arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled end time.

Remember, you are coming to the Farmingdale Campus, St. Kilian School, not our main office.

Getting Ready for Orientation

Please dress comfortably, and be prepared to participate in lectures, discussions, physical activities, and games. You should receive your official Staff Shirts at your weekday evening training; please wear your Staff Shirt and appropriate camp attire on Saturday.

Please note: meals and snacks will be provided (see above). If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to bring your own meals and snacks. We can refrigerate food as needed.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED DATES

Campus Orientation Program and Setup (COPS) and Family Orientation Day will be determined by your Campus Director and shared as soon as possible, but will fall between Friday, June 21 and Wednesday, June 26, 2024. REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

For every friend you refer to work at Camps ‘R’ Us, you will receive an additional $100 bonus to your pay. Make sure your friend includes your name in the “How did you hear about us?” field on their job application, and for every one of your referrals who is hired and successfully completes the camp season, we will give you an extra $100 bonus!

WORK WITH A FRIEND PROGRAM

When you apply to work at Camps ‘R’ Us, you can request to be placed in the same program or activity as a friend who also works here or is planning to work here… just let us know during the interview process. The only thing more fun than spending a summer at camp is doing it with a friend!
